Roundtable: Putting the Construction Playbook into practice

In December 2020, the Government released ‘The Construction Playbook’ in a bid to transform how major projects and programmes are assessed, procured, and delivered. The Playbook provides some clear approaches to what we need to do, though it doesn’t explain how to achieve behavioural change. In our complimentary report, ‘Changing Behaviours in Construction: A complement to the Construction Playbook’, we have considered the cultural and behavioural changes needed to enable this transformation of the industry. We’d like to take this opportunity to discuss how we, as an industry, might put these approaches into practice!
