Consultant

Full-time Position – Hybrid (minimum of three days in the office, london)

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing consulting team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures, strengthen team behaviours, and manage the human dynamics that sit at the heart of complex projects. You will be part of a small, high performing team where your voice will be heard and where you can help shape the future direction of the business.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Curious about how people and teams work and enjoy turning data and insight into practical action.
  • Comfortable in complex, ambiguous environments and can build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative by default, generous with their expertise, and keen to learn from others
  • Takes ownership for their own development and are motivated by helping others to succeed.
  • Recent experience of consulting, organisational or transformational change, project or programme management, infrastructure delivery, or a similar field.

     

Key responsibilities:

  • Project delivery – Support the delivery of client projects, owning clearly defined tasks or work packages.
  • Analysis and insight – Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, contributing to clear findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitation and culture – Help prepare and co-facilitate workshops and support activities that build effective team culture and ways of working.
  • Business development and thought leadership – Contribute to proposals, research and thought leadership content that supports our services.

     

Skills and experience:

  • Typically 2 to 5 years in consulting, transformation, project or programme environments, or similar complex settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to collect and interpret data and use consulting tools with guidance.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, confident contributing in meetings and supporting workshop facilitation.
  • Builds positive working relationships in client and internal teams and is open to feedback and learning.
  • Curious about how consulting work is won and delivered and supports business development activities.

    Annual Leave

    We offer a paid holiday entitlement of 25 days in addition to public/bank holidays. This is pro-rata for part-time employees.
