Consultant
Full-time Position – Hybrid
We are looking for a Consultant to support the Associate Director in the work that we do for our clients in infrastructure delivery, understanding their business needs and challenges and applying both creative and analytical skills to build solutions that help their teams work better together.
Someone working at this grade would typically have up to four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support execution of client workshops
- Employ a variety of assessment methods to gather data from project teams, including interviews, surveys and other qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Interpret data and present information clearly and effectively
Skills/knowledge:
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
- Some industry knowledge or experience is desirable
Benefits
Competitive Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this role depending on experience. The salary range is from £30,000 – £40,000.
Annual Leave
We offer a paid holiday entitlement of 25 days in addition to public/bank holidays. This is pro-rata for part-time employees.
