Major infrastructure clients have increasingly required their construction partners to demonstrate their collaborative credentials. We have worked with a number of Tier 1 contractors, including Balfour Beatty, Skanska and Taylor Woodrow, to help them articulate how their internal processes are designed to build positive trusting relationships, both with the client and their supply chains.
Working with a group assembled to win a role in a major project has shown me the power of team work. Being part of a committed, creative set of people with complimentary skills has been a memorable experience.
