Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of client projects, focusing on collaborative behaviours and effective team dynamics.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights from project teams.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and lead stakeholder engagement sessions.
  Develop and implement strategies for enhancing collaboration and embedding positive project cultures.
• Support clients through the procurement process by fostering collaborative behaviours.
  Manage behavioural risks by identifying and mitigating factors that impact project success.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, securing support for recommendations.
  Contribute to organisational change management initiatives.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing or new clients.
  Develop thought leadership material, including white papers and articles, to contribute to the industry dialogue.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure projects, collaborative enterprise, Psychometric & behavioural design, or complex project environments.
• Strong consulting methodology knowledge, including collaborative frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience working in complex project settings, with a focus on team culture and behavioural development.
• Advanced project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior project team members and deliver impactful presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of team development, collaborative working principles, and industry trends.
