Senior Consultant

Full-time Position – Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing business working in partnership with Client Boards, Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to support the development of a collaborative environment within their projects. Successful candidates will help us continue to deliver high quality work for our clients while also supporting the continued expansion of our business. 

ResoLex are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team in the defence and security sector, working in partnership with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures and effective behaviors within complex projects.  The successful candidate will need to be able to work with all levels of the clients business, establishing credibility and demonstrating value; this will include the ability to persuade and influence at Executive and Senior Leadership level. As well as delivering high quality work for our clients, the candidate will also be required to support business development and regularly contribute to thought leadership articles. 

Someone working at this position would typically have over five years of relevant experience and be capable for taking responsibility for managing several or all components of a project across multiple workstreams.

Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must be UK passport holders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and embedding of collaborative project culture.
  • Supporting interface mapping and supporting relationship development across the project environment.
  • Prepare and support execution and facilitation of client workshops.
  • Employ a variety of assessment methods to gather and analyse data from project teams, including interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  • Interpret data and present information clearly and effectively.
  • Support internal business innovation and development.Contribute and develop thought leadership.

 

Skills/knowledge:

  • Able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans. 
  • Strong written and oral presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior members of project teams.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
  • Demonstrable experience and success operating within complex project environments.
  • Understanding of team culture formation, preferably in project environments.
  • Understanding of behavioural development, preferably in project environments.
  • Good knowledge of team development/collaborative working principles, practices and techniques.
  • Experience as Management Consultant or similar relevant role.
  • Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with a wide variety of professionals and disciplines. 

Benefits

Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary for this role depending on experience. The salary range starts at £55,000 – £75,000. 

Annual Leave

We offer a paid holiday entitlement of 25 days in addition to public/bank holidays. This is pro-rata for part-time employees.
