With recent project failures putting that trust under pressure\, this session looks at how conflict within projects can surface and intensify these issues\, and what can be done to address them before they escalate. \nFeaturing guest panellists from the Environment Agency and the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme\, the discussion draws on real case studies and live project experience to explore what enables teams to identify issues early and respond constructively. \nWhile innovation continues to improve productivity\, projects are ultimately delivered by people.
