SUMMARY:ResoLex Roundtable: Lessons in Resilience from the Pinnacle of Motorsports
DESCRIPTION:As the demands on leaders in major projects and programmes continue to grow\, so too does the pressure on their personal capacity. How can leaders sustain performance\, maintain resilience\, and create the conditions for their teams to succeed in increasingly complex environments? \nOur October roundtable will highlight practical ways to grow leaders who thrive in complex environments\, building on the MPA’s No More Heroes report. One area highlighted in the report is the ongoing leadership gap linked to burnout and low productivity. \nThis next roundtable looks to explore this in more detail\, and we are delighted to welcome Annastiina\, an entrepreneur\, public speaker\, and CEO of Hintsa Performance. Annastiina draws on her own experience of burnout and transformation\, as well as decades of working with clients ranging from Formula 1 drivers and CEOs to social entrepreneurs and political leaders. Her perspective challenges us to rethink the foundations of leadership effectiveness: a better life leads to better performance. \nThis interactive session will explore how leaders can: \n–  Build the personal resilience needed to thrive under pressure–  Establish the clarity and balance that supports sustainable high performance–  Translate personal practices into team-wide habits that unlock collective success \nBringing together professionals from across delivery\, consulting\, and client organisations\, the discussion will focus on practical strategies leaders can apply in their own contexts. \nYou can read Hinsta’s recent report here: The Hidden Value of F1 | Hintsa Performance \nTo register\, please email: roundtable@resolex.com

SUMMARY:Turning Tension into Trust: Conflict avoidance in complex project environments
DESCRIPTION:About us\n\n	About us\n	Our Approach\n	Services\n	Social Value\n	Our team\n	Vacancies\n\n\nEvents\nResources\nInsight centre\nContact us\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Join us\, the Conflict Avoidance Coalition and the Institution of Civil Engineers for a panel discussion exploring how project environments can support earlier\, more effective handling of conflict. \nThe ICE’s five-year strategy points to a growing challenge: trust in infrastructure professionals. With recent project failures putting that trust under pressure\, this session looks at how conflict within projects can surface and intensify these issues\, and what can be done to address them before they escalate. \nFeaturing guest panellists from the Environment Agency and the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme\, the discussion draws on real case studies and live project experience to explore what enables teams to identify issues early and respond constructively. \nWhile innovation continues to improve productivity\, projects are ultimately delivered by people. It is the conflicts between them – and how they are managed or avoided – that often determine success. \n \n \n \n \n \n Panellists:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Edward Moore\, ResoLex\n \n \n LinkedIn\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Veronica Flint-Williams\, Environment Agency\n \n \n LinkedIn\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Sue Barrett\, Houses of Parliament\, R&R Programme\n \n \n LinkedIn\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n	\n	\n	\n	\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Turning Tension into Trust\n \n \n \n Conflict avoidance in complex project environments\n \n \n First Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Last Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Job Title\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Company Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Email\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Interests and topics\n \n \n \nClienting\nMobilisation\nLeadership\nBehavioural assessments\nInterface mapping\nContracts\nCapability\nPersonal performance\nConflict avoidance\n \n \n \n \n \n Event RSVP\n \n \n \nConflict avoidance - Tensions into Trust\nFuture Leaders workshop\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Please note:\n You will receive booking confirmation via email. SUMMARY:Interactive Workshop: Are We Setting Future Leaders Up to Succeed…or Holding Them Back?
DESCRIPTION:What if leadership development has been shaped by people who no longer remember what it’s like to be led? \nIn 2025\, ResoLex brought together senior leaders from major projects and high-performance environments to explore leadership\, resilience\, and personal performance. Now\, we’re turning the lens to future leaders. \nWe are delighted to be joined by speakers from the Major Projects Association and Hintsa Performance. \nThis event is aimed at early careers\, future leaders and emerging leaders\, and seeks to challenge current thinking on leadership and to help shape what comes next. You’ll be asked to react to real insights from senior leaders – and then correct them where needed. \nIt’s about: \n\nWhat actually works on complex projects\nWhere leadership models fall down in reality\nWhat future leaders need – and expect – from those at the top\nWhat practical steps can we take to influence current leaders?\n\nYour insights will directly inform a whitepaper on leadership and future leaders\, with the potential to influence how leadership is developed across major projects. \nWhy attend? \n\nContribute to a high-profile industry whitepaper\nShape future leadership thinking (not just talk about it)\nEngage with peers facing similar complexity and pressure\nInfluence programmes designed for future leaders – including the MPA Rising Stars initiative\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n	\n	\n	\n	\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Are We Setting Future Leaders Up to Succeed or Holding Them Back\n \n \n First Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Last Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Job Title\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Company Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Email\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Interests and topics\n \n \n \nClienting\nMobilisation\nLeadership\nBehavioural assessments\nInterface mapping\nContracts\nCapability\nPersonal performance\nConflict avoidance\n \n \n \n \n \n Event RSVP\n \n \n \nConflict avoidance - Tensions into Trust\nFuture Leaders workshop\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Please note:\n You will receive booking confirmation via email.
