SUMMARY:ResoLex Roundtable: Team of Teams - Giving leaders more time to lead
DESCRIPTION:The ethos behind ‘Team of Teams’ (ToTs) comes from the clarity of desired outcomes and the empowerment to make local decisions to best achieve these outcomes. ToTs has become a more common term following the popular book ‘Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World by Stanley McChrystal’ and ‘One Mission: How Leaders Build a Team of Teams’\, linking the approach used in the military to potential commercial applications. \nThe roundtable will explore the potential benefits of ToTs within a commercial setting\, along with the experiences of challenges in managing a live roll-out of ToTs. We will also be able to draw on experiences from within the military commercial project delivery. \nOn the 8th of October\, We’ll be joined by Scott Murray\, Performance and Integration Director at SCS Railways and Simon Higgens MBE\, Business Development Director at STORY Contracting to explore the topic further. \nNote: Please check your junk folder if you have not received your email confirmation.
